Artist note

I work multidisciplinary with clay as my primary material. Because of its intensely tactile quality, clay gives shape to the forms held inside me. My practice often begins with archival family photos and childhood memories particularly the implicit, bodily recollections of familiar places (which includes sensations and spatial awareness).
