What is Sorisomun Care?+

Sorisomun Care is a standard 5% buyer protection fee that provides extended support for damage, loss, and disputes.

Can I get a refund?+

If there is an issue with the order, you can submit a claim within 48 hours after delivery. Each case is reviewed individually.

Is insurance available?+

Yes. Buyers can choose to add shipping insurance at checkout for additional protection.

Can I contact the artist before buying?+

Yes. You can message the seller before purchasing if you have questions.

Selling

Is it free to list artworks?+

Yes. Uploading and listing artworks is completely free.

What fees do you charge?+

A 10% commission is applied only when a sale is completed. There are no upfront or listing fees.

How do I become a seller?+

You need to apply with a brief portfolio. The review process is meant to support a curated and trustworthy marketplace experience, not to evaluate artistic worth. Approval is usually within 24 hours.

When do I get paid?+

Payment is released after delivery confirmation or after the 48-hour review period.

Can I edit or remove a listing?+

Yes. You can update or remove your listings anytime from your dashboard.

Shipping & protection

Who is responsible for shipping?+

The seller is responsible for carefully packaging and shipping the artwork, including protective handling details such as fragile labels when needed.

Is tracking required?+

Yes. All shipments must include a valid tracking number.

What happens if the item is damaged or lost?+

If protection or insurance is selected, the order may be covered. Otherwise, claims are reviewed based on evidence.

What evidence is needed for a claim?+

Before shipment, sellers are encouraged to keep photos or videos of both the packaging to help support possible shipping-related claims or disputes.

Platform

What can be sold on the platform?+

Only original works are allowed. Reselling, imitation pieces, and unauthorized reproductions are not permitted.

Are users verified?+

Yes. Users are reviewed internally to maintain safe transactions.

How are disputes handled?+

Disputes must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery with supporting evidence.
